This year’s lineup draws inspiration from the world of cocktails and features our seasonal blend RISE, bringing unique layers of flavor, texture and balance, while keeping the focus firmly on coffee in a way that feels true to what we do.
The result is three seasonal drinks that feel expressive and creative. The summer drinks menu is available at our coffee bars in New York and London throughout the summer.
LEMON DRIZZLE LATTE
Zesty iced latte with cold foam.
It’s not a cake in a cup, it’s a bright and refreshing iced latte, perfect for sweltering (or drizzling) summer days in the city. Cold foam might be having a moment across the industry, but here it is doing real work – it’s used intentionally to change the mouthfeel and carry flavour.
COLD BREW CITRUS FLOAT
Cold brew topped with citrus foam. Created to spotlight the zesty, fruit-forward notes of RISE, this is cold brew with a brighter edge – like a little burst of sunshine sitting right on top of your cup.
LEMON CLOUD ICED MATCHA
Iced matcha with lemon foam.
Earthy, green and grounding (until the lemon comes in). The citrus lifts the matcha with a soft brightness, adding a light, cloud-like finish.
OUR SEASONAL BLEND RISE
Combining innovatively processed coffees from the Perez Family in Colombia and the Chaves de Brito family in Brazil, our RISE blend celebrates flavour in full bloom. It's juicy, vibrant and a little bit boozy, delivering a taste experience that's impossible to ignore.
