Mozzo Coffee Delivery Policy

We offer free 3-5 working day delivery for orders over $40.00 USD.

Mozzo Coffee ships to all US states excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We’re unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands and other areas outside of the continental United States.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally for individuals as standard at the moment. Should you want coffee shipped to an international address please email orders@mozzocoffee.com.

 Mozzo Coffee Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Mozzo Coffee however, if you would like to return your order please get in touch viaemail contact@mozzocoffee.com quoting your order number. 

You will be able to return your coffee for an exchange or refund, provided it meets the criteria below.

Returning coffee because it's not wanted

Please return your unused, unopened coffee in original condition (as it was received by you, in a saleable condition) and original packaging within 14 days of date of delivery.Once received in required condition at Mozzo World we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days.

Return coffee because there is a fault in the product

In the unlikely event of a fault with your coffee, please get in touch (via details above) Once return agreed with the friendly Mozzo team, please then send to us with proof of postage within 30 days of receipt of your order.Once received in required condition at Mozzo World we will issue an exchange or refund within 14 days plus the original cost of delivery (if originally paid) and postage to send back to us.

After 30 days, we reserve the right to offer you an exchange of product. 

Cancelling your order

If your order has been processed already, you probably won’t be able to cancel it before it reaches you. But, remember that you still have the right to cancel (return) the coffee for up to 14 days after you’ve received your order.
