MOZZO COFFEE PRIVACY POLICY 

This Privacy Policy describes how Mozzo Coffee and its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Mozzo Coffee”, the “Company”, “we,” or “our” as applicable) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you use or access our websites (each a “Site”), and services (collectively the “Services”) that display or link to this Privacy Policy, or when you otherwise interact with us.

We may from time to time update this Policy, so we invite you to review it periodically. All changes will go into effect on the date noted below. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES 

Access, correction, deletion. Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to (1) request to know more about and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, (2) request deletion of your personal information, and (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information. Opting out of targeted advertising, sharing, and sales. As described in the “Targeted Advertising and Analytics” section above, we process personal information to understand and improve your experience with our Services and to serve you advertisements on non-Mozzo Coffee properties. Some of these activities may be considered “sales” or “sharing” of your personal information or “targeted advertising” under certain laws. THE SITES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN 

The sites and apps where this Policy appears are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
