With summer finally here, why not enjoy a refreshing twist on a coffee mocktail—our take on the Coffee Colada?
Follow this simple recipe using our seasonal coffee blend, RISE, to make the coolest icy coconut coffee drink for the summertime.
Step 1
Fill a blender with 100ml of milk or an alternative of choice (coconut milk is perfect for this recipe)
Step 2
Pour in a double shot of Rise Espresso
Our favourite recipe:
- 18g ground coffee
- Brewed to 35 - 40g liquid espresso
- 28 - 32 seconds extraction time
Step 3
Add 2 tablespoons of Coconut Cream (or more if you like it sweet)
Step 4
Add a handful of ice and blend all the ingredients thoroughly
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
