Step 1
Fill your favorite glass with ice.
Step 2
Fill the glass about 3/4 full with Mediterranean tonic.
Step 3
Add 10 ml of simple syrup*
Feel free to adjust the amount to your taste.
*You can use store-bought or homemade—see recipe below.
Step 4
Top with a double shot of RISE espresso.
Our preferred method:
- 18 g ground coffee
- Yield: 40–45 g of espresso
- Extraction time: 28–32 seconds
Pour gently—over the back of a spoon or slowly down the side of the glass—to minimize foam.
Simple Syrup Recipe
Using a 1:1 ratio of granulated sugar and (preferably filtered) water, heat the mixture in a small saucepan over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves.
Let the syrup cool before using or storing.
