Step 1
Add the whiskey, liquor, syrup and food coloring to a warm glass and mix well.
Step 2
Brew a double shot of your CLASSIC espresso using our brewing guide. Our favorite recipe:
18g ground coffee
Brewed to 40 - 45g liquid espresso
24 - 28 seconds extraction time
Add 150ml of hot water to make an americano and add to your glass, mixing everything together.
Step 3
Using a spoon, whisk the heavy cream and layer it onto the drink. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings (optional).
