Spiced Pear Latte

Gather everyone together this holiday season with our Christmas Spiced Pear Latte. Crafted for togetherness with our FESTIVE SPIRIT blend, it’s a joyful brew you'll want to share.

Spiced Pear Syrup: Step 1

Put the sugar, pear and water into a saucepan. Mix and cook over a low heat until the pear is completely soft and the liquid in the pot has reduced.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the ground spices.

Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, blend the mixture until smooth and pass it through a sieve to remove excess pulp.

Store the syrup in a bottle or airtight container and consume within 1 week. 

Latte: Step 1

Put the spiced pear syrup into a mug (approx 10-15g per serve or to your preferred sweetness).

Latte: Step 2

Prepare the double shot of your Festive Spirit espresso by following our espresso brewing guide. Our personal favourite recipe:
- 18g ground coffee in; 36 - 40g brewed espresso out
- 26 - 30 second extraction

Latte: Step 3

Add the double shot of FESTIVE SPIRIT to the spiced pear syrup and mix thoroughly to ensure everything has melted and is well combined.

Latte: Step 4

Texture and heat your milk of choice to a creamy latte texture.

Latte: Step 5

Fill the mug with frothed milk until full and serve immediately.
