A Mozzo twist on the classic Negroni with a perfect balance of bitter and sweet (plus a caffeine kick)
Step 1
Stir the rum or gin, Campari and sweet vermouth together in a glass
Step 2
Add 18g of ground filter coffee (more or less depending on preferred coffee strength) into a coffee filter
Step 3
Pour the cocktail mixture over the coffee grounds as if you were making a filter coffee
Step 4
Stir with ice and it's ready to drink!
Or, skip this step for a more tropical drink...
Step 5 (Optional)
Add a tablespoon of melted coconut oil and shake well. Leave at room temperature for an hour, then place it in the freezer to solidify
Step 6
Thaw the solid mixture and pour it through a cheese cloth or strainer to get rid of the oil pieces
Step 7
Stir with ice and enjoy!
